In the event of 10-years Luck Cycle (大运) &/or Annual Luck Cycle (流年) clashes simultaneously with the heavenly stems & branches of the natal chart (八字原局), the luck for the coming year(s) is fluctuating.

I dun quite understand the example. Is it showing annual pillar clashing the bazi year pillar? But the translation talk about so much more (luck pillar simultaneously...).
Can you give a more specific example? Or this just literally means a clash into original bazi means luck no good?

I am referring to the instances whereby either the annnual luck cycle or the 10-years luck cycle clashes with any of the pillars (i.e. can be year, month, day or hour pillar) of the natal chart simultaneously. To be more specific, both the stem & branch of the natal chart is being affected.
Since clashes carry the implication of instability, therefore, we can deduce that such clashes causes turbulence (or changes) to the DM.
As for the instability is for the good or for the bad, it depends on whether the favorable element(s) is/are being clashed away.
If the favorable element(s) is/are being affected, of course, the luck can be harmful & unwanted.
However, even if the affected element(s) is/are unfavorable, the DM will still experience some degree of uncertainties. It is just that, at the end of the day, it will turn good.
