The 'C' Personality Types of The DISC Behavioral Model (Part 02)
Quite a number of you have associated it with Resources Deity. But, personally, I would say that it possesses similar characteristics with the Proper Authority Deity. You may want to take a look at the quality of Proper Authority again :)
Those with 'C' (& Proper Authority Deity) are energized by...
· Being right
· Having access to information and data
· Having time to investigate the problem, formulate a plan, and carry it through to completion
· Being dealt with in a reserved, business-like manner
· Being recognized and rewarded for specific accomplishments
They lose energy by...
· Dealing with sudden or abrupt change
· Being required to socialize and to disclose personal information
· Lacking the time to process information or to evaluate consequences
· Being criticized by people who don't understand the situation
· Working in a system that lacks quality control or safety regulations

Besides what you have stated, those with Proper Authority Deity residing next to DM can also exhibit such qualities.

No, Imposing Authority Deity does not exhibit such qualities as Proper Authority Deity does :)

As mentioned, very few people are purely one type (or one deity) & most of us are a combination of types (deities). Naturally, it is possible that 'C' type personality can be a combination of a few deities. But, Proper Authority Deity would be the main one :)

All other things being equal, would an element of Yang nature have greater influence on a chart compared to the same element of Yin nature?
For example, if a person shows quite a strong resemblance to the above 'C' type, yet his Proper Authority seems weak and isolated in the chart, could the reason that it still manages to show its influence is because of the 'Yang-ness' of the ZhengGuan?

I wouldn't say that the Yang Stem or Branch are more yang &, hence, have greater impact. They are merely representing different aspects of life.
