The 'C' Personality Types of The DISC Behavioral Model (Part 01)
Just a quick revision, the DISC Behavioral model describes four basic patterns of Personality Types, none of which is better or worse than any of the others.
Very few people are purely one type & most of us are a combination of types. The description that follow is of someone who is almost completely particular personality types. See if it describes you or someone you know.
Again, remember it describes an extreme form of a behavior that is often much more nuanced.
The 'C' Personality Types => Conscientious, Correct, Careful
If you are a C personality type you are concerned about QUALITY and ACCURACY.
· You want to be right, precise & exact.
· You research every aspect of a situation and consider every eventuality before making a decision.
· You value your reputation for being accurate and logical.
· You like systems and procedures that produce predictable and consistent outcomes.
· You look for what could go wrong.
· You read the fine print. You are a stickler for detail.
· You have very high standards, especially for yourself. You can be a perfectionist.

Hi Master Goh,
I think people with strong Resource deities would fall in the "C" category. These people can sometimes also over analyze situations and procrastiante in making decisions.

I want to say its both Primary and Secondary resource, though if I must choose one...Secondary Resource. They're be known to be out of the box therefore only they are capable of considering every eventuality.

I have all the traits stated in 'C' type personality. For this case, I will say both Primary Reource and Secondary Resource. Primary Resource values reputation and Secondary Resource likes research.I have 2 Primary and 2 Secondary resource as HHS in all 4 earth branches.
I totally agree with Sanjay's point of view regarding type 'C' personality. Being a perfectionist is crazy, I hate it but I still do it lol.

Conventional Wealth has many of the characteristics of 'C'.
They tend to go through everything conscientiously, which is why weak DMs with Strong Conventional Wealth who aren't strong enough to go into business for themselves end up as book-keepers instead.
Just like the DM controls Wealth, the individual will be perfectionistic in 'controlling' everything.
Zheng Guan will also exhibit the tenets of 'C'.
