Literal Translation & Interpretation:
According to Chinese Metaphysics, Fire represents brightness. Hence, in term of health, we can associate it with our eye (i.e. vision).
Therefore, if the chart is cold & is full of metal, fire would be weak in this instance. We can, therefore, deduce an individual with this bazi configuration as having poor vision and have to put on glasses.

First of all, i would like to say thank you for your site and you willingness to answer our questions sincerely and truthfully.
On this subject, Fire being weak
"has to" tickle strong Metal meaning Fire will be further weakened thus materialized in putting on glasses.
1. These Fire - Metal - Glasses thing usually happen for those with Metal and Fire in Stems, I have not been paying attention for those with Fire and Metal in Branches, do Fire and Metal in branches also means putting on Glasses (or because it is "in EB" that the effect is not seen from the outside)?
2. Eye = blood, But why not say blood related disease that is affected by this Fire and Metal interaction?
3. In this modern world, this eye problem can be fixed thru medical procedure. I have not investigate this, do you think with having additional Fire plus Earth in stem, would trigger someone for having such surgery?

Pt 1. It could be the reason as the effect of EB is not seen from the outside.
However, if the strength of the fire is extremely, eventhough it is only appear in the EB, it could still be possible that the individual putting on glasses.
Pt 2. It could also be related to heart and/or blood related diseases. It depends on the age of the individual & the life style.
If it is old enough, you may consider to deduce that it is related to heart disease.
Pt 3. No comment on this as I do not, personally, encounter any :)

What if Fire is very weak in the chart and the person has excellent vision, what should be look for in the chart?
