What if Resource, in the chart is being clash by Traveling Horse AP at the month pillar or the Hr pillar? I'm curious about the impact on the month as it has it is the first indicator used determine the strength of the elements? But also the hr pillar, as that is the Career Palace.
Yin-Si-Shen is Punishment and all Traveling Horses. If all 3 already exist with the arriving yr being Geng Yin, there will be an additinal Yin. Will Punishment get broken up? Case one the full punishment exist in the natal chart. Case two the full punishment exist with the arrival of LP.
If the Yin that exist on the Hr pillar, with another Yin in the yr (2010), what is the impact on the person's Career? How about in Feb where the month and yr are both Yin, with one in the chart, that makes 3 Yins. I'm guessing the arrival of something, whether postive or negative it would depend on the Yin being favorable or not.

Resource Deity, to certain extent, denotes study & introversion.
Hence, if it is being clash by the Month Pillar (which happen to be the Traveling Horse), I would expect it to be less introverted & may leave his/her hometown to pursue his/her study.
If, on the other hand, the Resource is being clashed with the Hour Pillar (career), one of the possible deductions is that he/she may be required to go for a study that is work related.

Instead of emphasizing on the issue of whether the punishment still exist, I would view it as the existence of double clashes (i.e. between Geng-Shen & Si-Hai) in this situation.

The outcome of such clashes depends on :-
= the favorability of the elements
= the type of deities involved.
If the favorable is being clashed, something unfortunate could be expected.
If the Wealth Deity is involved, the answer could be from wealth related issue.
