Literal Translation & Interpretation:-
A person with natal chart that is strong in Resource Deity is normally the person that prone to think too much & can be very suspicious. This is the potential candidate to be a loner.
Besides the presence of strong Resource Deity, lacking of Amiable Deity & Competitive Deity in the natal chart is another way of judging whether the DM is a loner or not.
In the event where there is no presence of Amiable Deity & Competitive Deity in the natal chart, the DM is the one & only one element appears in the chart, we can safely conclude that he/she is the person that prefer to work alone and act individually.
In term of business structure, this is the person that prefer sole-proprietorship than partnership.

What is the difference between the diety existing on the HS vs in the HSS not as a Main Qi?
Also can the location tell us when a person is a loner?
Ex. If either Amiable Deity & Competitive Deity is found say in the yr then would it make sense to conclude that the person is a loner when older and not so much during their younger yrs?
In regards to Explicit Talent and Implicit Talent, would the existance of Implicit Talent make the person more or a loner in the sense that they're more of the behind the scences person?

if a chart has strong resources deity and also strong amiable/competitive deity, can it be an indication that the parents' attention will be divided to other children as well and that the relationship between the chart holder and the siblings are not good?

Yes, you are right to attribute it to the presence of Explicit Talent.
BTW, if I can recall correctly, you did mention that you are the person with Strong Resources, Strong Self & Strong Talents Deities.
If that is the case, there is a 'SMOOTH FLOW OF ENERGY' from Resources to Talents Deities. This can also be deemed as 'workaholism'.
How can we understand this deduction?
Below is a simple analogy :-
Just imagine yourself in the occasion of traffic jam (i.e. the flow of energy is stagnant), nothing can be done ==> hence NO MOVEMEN & ACTION.

The reverse is also true when it is only exist in the HSS (i.e. less impactful & less noticable).

There are some truth in it. However, instead of using the term "LONER" to describe this group of individuals, I prefer to use the term "Intervert" :)

Yes, we can conclude that the relationship between the DM & the siblings are not harmonious.
However, as for the division of parental love to other children, it is more obvious & conclusive in the situation where the Resource Deity is weak & the DM is strong.
The reason being that the strong Competitive & Amiable Deities diluted the limit energy of weak Resoure Deity (i.e. the parents).

I have a strong Resources born in summer, and due to that my DM Ji is strong, and also lots of Geng. Not sure you can say the self is strong, but i personally think my DM is strong because of the resources.
Me not workaholic lah, i am kind of lazy actually. but if was being pressure i can finish the task, and i do like pressure. Maybe is due to too much resouces i have that harden the Earth :)
I do recall during my early age (summer luck pillar) i always have the suspicious feelings of things around me, and tend to be very negatives of things.

Judging from the description of your bazi structure, I have the feeling that the energy flow (Resource => DM => Talent) is smooth :)
Eventhough you did claim that you are a strong character person & can be quite aggressive at times, but I would say that you are also having a sentimental heart deep inside your soul. You can be soft-heartedness, it is just that the strong outer self-esteem prevent you from expressing it :)
This is one of the main characteristics of Talent Deities.
Human behaviours are complex, do not be deceived by the outer appearance.
As for whether you are a workaholic, I would say that you are a workaholic when you receive praises & recognitions from colleagues & bosses.

1. So on good days the person can be determined and firm and on bad days stubborn and selfish.
Good days = elements more balance vs bad days = an abundance of Resource and Parallels.
2. Whether HS or HHS, as long as it exist in the chart it exist. So the strength of the stems can be used to assess the degree of impact and/or hidden?
Ex: Like a secret character of a person or what the stem may represents. Like an Onion... HS is there for everyone to see, EB is deeper layer, visible when you get to know them and HSS is the secret layer, that no one knows about unless the self reveals it or even the person themselves do not even know.
How should the elements be viewed if at all, by the pillars vs the above top down?

Personally, in my reading, I start with identifying the most prominent & influential element in the chart.
If the energy of the elements in the natal chart is evenly distributed, I would start my reading by focusing on the HS, which represents outer behaviour.

1. the Season/ month born
2. Stage of each element int he chart
3. assess the which stems are rooted
4. identify combos/clash
5. now the strength of each element can be determine
