By saying that, the accuracy is even higher if there is a presence of Talent Deity in the natal.
The reason is simply that Talent Deity denotes expression & communication :)

I think it is alright :)
But, it would affect the accuracy.
If the only Amiable Deity that appeared in HS is the favorable element to DM, instead of gossiping, I would say that they are close personal friend & will share his/her inner thought :)
