Literal Translation & Interpretation :
Yuan Hai Zi Ping states :
- 建禄生提月
- DM born in the month of Amiable Deity is considered to be rooted (有根). If there is no much of controlling element(s) in the chart, it is quite possible that the DM would be a strong Self.

- Traditionally, there is a name assigned to such a case (i.e. DM born in the month of Amiable Deity) as Star of Prospect (十干禄)
- 财官喜透天
- Given that the Amiable Deity is the strong supporting root to DM, what is needed is Wealth & Authority Deities to restore this strong Self to an equilibrium state.
- Different scholars interpretated the Chinese character '透' differently. By virtue, '透' refers to appearance & transparent. Some argued that both the Wealth & Authority Deities have to be apparently appeared in the Heavenly Stem.
- I, on the other hand, think otherwise. Regardless of whether it is appeared in the HS or EB, as long as there is a presence of Wealth & Authority Deities in the natal chart, it is acceptable to me.

what happens if wealth and authority deities appear in EB but are clashed ?
To be very frank, the information is too general for me to make any comment :)
However, if (say) the only Wealth Deity in the EB is being clashed, we can deduce that the relationship with the wife (applicable to the male chart) is not stable.

With regards to the Star of Prospect Chart Type, given that wealth and authority deity are present, what can one derive from this person's character and destiny? Is it better to have a certain type of wealth or authority deity? ie imposing or proper

Given that the Wealth & Authority Deities are the favorable elements and are present in the Heaven Stem, it is related to Wealth & Status, reputation :)

Ancient writings are such that they referred to particular scenario, but the same set of principle is applicable to similar scenario.
As for the phrase stated above, the central idea is that as long as the DM is strong, Wealth & Authority is needed.

However, you mention in your view that regardless of whether it is HS or EB branch as long as it is present in the chart? Does this imply simply that the individuals wealth is more apparent then his/her reputation and status? But both are present. Just a guess :)

If Weath & Authority deities appeared in HS = The wealth, reputation is known to others.
If it is only appeared in EB = wealthy but others may not notice. Reputation is not so widely recognized as compared to those in HS.
