Literal Translation & Interpretation:
As we know, both the Proper & Imposing Authority Deities are controlling the DM. We can associate it with the pressure give to the DM.
When the DM is strong, appropriate amount of Authority Deities can be viewed as a motivational factor to the DM.
However, when the DM is weak, the controlling effect of strong Authority Deities becomes detrimental. This represents that the DM is surrounded by scheming individuals, facing great pressure. Hence, the career advancement is being obstructed.

So very true on this. Many 'xiao ren' (small people), for chart with many imposing authorities. I think partly is because the DM himself acted in a way that offend others and unwittingly gained many enemies.
This is indeed very true. During my consultations, some of them are partially to be blamed for the poor working & interpersonal environment.

1. Wht if the DM is born in (peak) season, bt has 2 Imposing deities hidden elements in both Year and Day pillars Earthly branch? Will the consequences be similar?
2. In this case, does having an Eating God on (Yr pillar) heavenly stem and DM as the 'yue de gui ren' (monthly virtue noblemen) of any help?

Based on your 'incomplete' description, it is difficult for me to determine the impact of Imposing Authority to the DM.
If, let say, the DM is Strong (i.e. born in season) & the energy of the 2 Imposing Authority is moderately strong enough to control the energy of the DM to an equilibrium stage, Imposing Authority is, in fact, the pushing and motivational factor to push DM to his/her best.

Yue De Gui Ren is the person that is able to help the DM. Hence, even if the Imposing Authority is too strong & is unfavorable to DM, Yue De Gui Ren still can exercise his positive energy to the DM by reducing the 'stress level'.
On the other hand, even though the Implicit Talent can reduce the harmful impact of Imposing Authority to DM, but it is also exhausting the energy of the DM at the same times. I would say that if the DM is too weak, Implicit Talent may not be able to help the DM :(
