Literal translation & interpretation :-Both Implicit & Explicit Talents are in clashing relationship with Proper & Imposing Authority. For a female chart, Talent Deity represents Offspring, whilst Authority Deity represents husband.
In the event whereby both the Talent & Authority Deities co-exists in the female chart, one of the possible deductions is that the DM shows more love & concern to her children then to her husband.

However, this situation could be good for a weak DM female chart where authority deities are stronger than talent deities. Talent deities would reduce the negative impact of Authority deities on the DM and help restore balance. Else, the hubsband could be very controling to the DM.
A couple of related questions:
1) Is it true that Explicit Talent deity can only control Proper Authority (same polarity)?
2) Is control between opposite deities possible, e.g Explicit Talent controling Imposing Authority?

Don't quite agree with your first statement :( When the DM is weak, both the Talent & Authority Deities become unfavorable. The detrimental effect of both the undesirable deities would be doubled as both is attacking the DM simultaneously.
As for your questions on the controlling relationship between the opposing deities, my view is that the controlling relationship applies to both the same as well as different polarity. The different is merely on the degree of severity.
Explicit Talent still controls Imposing Authority. However, the effectiveness of Implicit Talent in controlling Imposing Authority is more direct.

So much depends on DM strength in BaZi! How does one determine impact of deities on moderately weak/strong DM?
For example, 戊 born in the month of 酉 with 丁 (proper authority) in the Month heavenly stem and 甲 (imposing authority) in the Hour heavenly stem is moderately weak, but not very weak. Both 辛 and 甲 are unfavorable deities. How do they imapct a moderately weak vs a very weak DM?

To be very frank, I don't know how to convey to you on the degree of impact :(
But, as a guide, a strong DM person is able to cope with the stress bring about by the environment whereby the other extreme is very much affected by the environment.
For instance, when the DM is strong, we can treat Imposing & Proper Authority as a motivational factor to push the DM towards excellence.
On the contrary, if the DM is moderately weak, he/she still can handle the pressure (i.e. the authority deities). However, the ability to cope with the stress is lower than the former. To he/she, it is a burden.
On the extreme case whereby the DM is very weak, Authority Deities may represents mishap or illness.
We can apply the above guidelines to the remaining deities.
