If the natal bazi chart does not have Wealth Deity and Wealth Deity is favourable and the person in undergoing LP which contains Wealth Deity....will the money receive by this person be less than a person who has a favourable Wealth Deity present in the natal bazi chart?

Instead of comparing & viewing it from the perspective of the'size' of the wealth, I would rather prefer to view it from the view point of 'duration'.
Given that the wealth is favorable but is absence from the natal chart, DM is still able to enjoy the wealth during that period of wealth LP. However, once the luck is over, it would back to normal state.
BUT, in actual fact, whether the DM would go back to his/her original state is very much depends on his/her wisdom. If the DM is smart enough, he/she would try to lay the foundation, build the necessary long term network, be more adventurer during the 'golden LP'.
Once the so-called 'good luck' is over, be more focus, be more cautious & be more conservative.

How about the wealth element (say Gui for me), is sitting on a fire (Si), that show my wealth are not very strong, meaning i can't get a good package?

It appeared to be so :) However, if there is a strong presence of Talent Deities, the story might be otherwise.
Afterall, one of the duities of Taent Deity is to produce Wealth.

I'm a strong Yang Fire, my only wealth (secondary Qi) is on the hour branch pillar and its a yin snake. I have 2 Yang Earth stems in month n year, and plenty of explicit talent which is 2ndary qi in the branch of day,year,month. Can rich ar?
