Given that the strong wood energy in the natal chart, the water is extremely weak. Wood represents Kidney.
The current & next 2 years are the year of wood energy, the water would suffer further. She is currently having tinnites (耳鸣).
She is currently consulting psychiatrist & is under medication. Explain why?

I suppose the subject is currently having tinnites (耳鸣) due to the weak water element.
In general, how about if water element is very strong - will it also lead to the same problem i.e. tinnites?

I believe the psychiatrist portion is for anger management and insomnia healing? Does the medication refer to sleeping pills and/or "calming" pills?
Does the lack of water result in excess fire in liver resulting in explosive anger behaviour. insomnia and tinnites?

As long as the Water is too strong or too weak, it will lead to tinnites. It is about the issue of BALANCE.
Karuna,
I would say is more for anger managment & over-sensitiveness. Wood represents nervous system. When it is too strong, the person can be sensitive. When it is overly strong => Strongly Sensitive.
I have no idea of the type & function of medication. I did not ask :( However, according to the parents who accompanied her for consultation, the pills make her sleep alot.
As for the factors contributing to explosive anger, insomnia...issue, there are various ways of looking at it, such as :-
= strong fire & wood ;
= strong presence of Imposing Authority
= strong presence of Input (insomnia)
The list can go on & on....
