So the forest in on Fire.

Being Mao is Yi wood,representing liver, so his liver is being attacked.

Geng metal as DM is quick temper, straight forward, die hard character. Reinforced by 4 pillars are yang elements and Bing Fire (challenger) side by side, he is extrovert, fast action, love confrontation, bossy, authoritative and love to outshine others.
(He may be a stout looking guy, quite attractive to women, having a Wu as general star.Any comment ?)
Wood (indirect wealth) represents his girlfriends and there is no wife star. So he has many love relationhips. Being a hot chart, he loves drinking and night life.

Identifying ailment is simple if we read adequately.
However, by identifying their lifestyle & personality can readily change (or at least enhance) their destiny.
I would say that he has dual personality. Appeared to be toughed outwardly (Imposing Authority appears in the HS), but can be uncertain within (Proper Authority residing directly underneath the DM).
