Below is the reply from LadyGaga :-
Ji DM is very weak, esp. in LP38+. Yin earth overpowered by wood. Possible health problem of the following:
Yin Earth - the spleen (脾),
Yin Wood - the liver (肝),
Yang Wood - the gallbladder (胆),
Does this DM suffer from constipation?
Additional Question :-
Besides investigating the possible ailment through the analysis of 5 elements, try to identify 'other causes' from the above given set of bazi chart.

My take is...
DM born in winter. Bazi chart is very cold. Ding fire in Month HS has no root and if clashed in Gui Wei LP, DM will suffer from heart problem...Heart attack?

The DM was suffered from Stomach Ulcer. Though I did not ask him whether has he suffered from constipation, but, theoretically, it is highly possible.
As for the Heart (fire) attack, given that there is strong presence of wood to support the ding fire, the heart is considered to be moderately healthy.
