DM is strong because it is born in season. All 4 EBs has wood. Hai-Mao-Wei structure is detected.Gives it very strong roots. Metal in HS produces water (Hai) feeding Mao, further strengthening it.
Weakest element should be Wu earth. Is earth her favourable element?

Wood is strong because hai-mao-wei combo + yin hour
In my opinion, earth is not the weakest element. It has its root in wei branch and protrude in the heaven stem.
Metal might be the weakest element. Xin metal in the heaven stem does not have roots. Dry earth in the chart does not support metal. Furthermore, its energy is drained by water to feed wood.

Thanks for your contributions! Both the metal & earth are indeed weak. But, if I were to choose the weakest element, I would vote for Metal for following reason:-
If we were to consider the Theory of 12 Natural Life Cycle of HS (十二长生历程), Xin Metal is sitting directly above or born in the month of 绝地 (End Stage).
Earth is weak in the sense that Wei earth is being 'combined away' (合去). Fortunately, it is 'connected' by the Wu Earth in the Hour Stem. Hence, though Earth is weak, BUT it is still slightly stronger than Metal.
Based on the above analysis, Wood is extremely strong. This resulted in Earth being severely attacked by it :( Hence, affecting her digestive system (Earth) as well as Respiratory System (Metal).
Of course, we can consider STRENGTHENING the Earth in order to 'resist' the strong attack forces from the Wood. BUT, this would still ended up in a 'FIGHTING' situation.
Hence, I would go for Fire as the Favorable Element to exhaust the strong wood energy instead of confronting it.
