If the Secondary Resources appears in the month branch, quite a good chance, the strength is strong.
In addition to the above, as a guide, when there is a presence of 2 or more other Secondary Resources, it is considered as too much.
See, unknowingly, we easily fall into the trap of analysing the strength :-)

How about if the mth pillar is jia/Yin in Birth stage n got Hong Yan Sha. Since IR is overwhelming to her so unfavourable. Does it mean that the Hong Yan Sha will have a negative impact?
