With the presence of Ding fire & Chou earth to support DM, I would still treat it as normal chart, weak DM.

Is Wood (Jia) a favorable element as it feeds the Primary Useful God (Fire), or does it attack the DM because of its proximity? What are some of the core personality traits of this DM?
This bazi needs Fire to enhance DM as well as to control strong metal. Next on the list is the Earth.
This person is creative, smart & quick witted. However, strong urge in attaining result at shortest possible time. Once the thing doesn't turn out to be what he/she wanted, may give plenty of excuses & give up easily.
