Primary Resources (正印)
Primary Resources (正印) is an element that supports the DM. A “sentimental creation” born of a creative Yin-Yang relationship, it will full-heartedly support the DM (有情之生，其力必尽生). We can interpret it as people, matters, things or places that assist, groom, protect, educate, love, care for and support the growth of the DM.
To the DM, Primary Resources is like his great, kindly mother who unreservedly cares for her offspring. We can further our understanding of this benign and kindly Deity through inference to a mother’s mentality.

Sometime the DM do not have and Resources Deity. How do we interpret between the DM and Mother?

what other gods can be 'substitute' for resource? the god that produce resource? i.e. authority?

There are merely 8 Chinese Characters in any given set of bazi chart. The information is rather limited. Hence, to expand & facilitate our interpretation, both month pillar & year pillar can be used to represent Parents Palace. The result of expanding it is encouraging. In fact, the list of representations can goes on.....

Though I advocated (in the above) to expand the list of representation, but it is done with much consideration. If not, there would be a lot of uncertainties & variables.
Without Primary and Secondary Resources element, on the Month (and maybe year pillars as some suggest) will be hard to find how is the relationship between the DM with the mother.

Though the information is inadequate in drawing any conclusive comment, but it is still able decipher such relationship by looking at the elements & 10 deities that appear in the Month / Year Pillar :-)

was reading your 2nd book and come across this statement "Pri Resource appears at the Amiable Stage" on page 29.
In the 12 Life Stages, which correspond to Amiable Stage? I can't find this stage in the Table in Appendix.
