If there is only ONE CHOU either in year or day branch - in this situation does the natal chart still consider as having the Star of Arts?

What I meant is if there is one Chou in year branch, there is no other Chou appearing in the rest of the natal chart. Same goes if there is a Chou in day branch, there is no more Chou appearing in the rest of the chart. For such a situation, must there be ANOTHER Chou in the chart in order to qualify as having the Star of Arts?

I would still consider it as present.
I am a novice at reading Bazi. I use a chart plotting app which tells what Shen Sha a chart has. However it didn’t say the following charts have Hua Gai, but according to your article, the charts seem to have Hua Gai. Master, can you please confirm, so I know I’m not deducing the wrong things, that the following charts do have Hua Gai in each of them?
Chart 1) Hour : Ji Mao, Day: Geng Shen, Month: Geng Xu, Year: Ren Wu
Chart 2) Hour : Gui Hai, Day: Gui Mao, Month: Ding You, Year: Bing Xu
Chart 3) Hour : Jia Shen, Day: Yi Wei, Month: Geng Shen, Year: Wu Zi
