I have analysed & made some comments on the dates selected Lugrey, Nelson & Andy. Below is the date selected by me for your reference. Of course, comments are welcomed :)

Reasons :-
- The first two pillars (Year & Month) already formed the cold environment. Hence, fire & wood is needed.
- 21/1 is the day of Xin metal. Given that there is abundance of earth, it could easily resulted in 'Thick & Cold Earth Burying the Metal'. I dropped it.
- 22/1 & 23/1 are the day of Ren & Gui. Given that the Earth controls Water, to counter balance it (i.e. to strengthen the water), I have to introduce metal & water. However, it couldn't resolve the issue of Coldness. I dropped it as well.
- 24/1 & 25/1 are the day of Wood (Jia & Yi), as long as I could select an hour of wood as the Hour Pillar, it should be able to assist the DM in conquering the strong earth. Hence, I have selected either Yin or Mao hours. Which mean to say, I have to select either 24/1 or 25/1.
25/1 is the day of Yi Hai. Once the Zi comes into the picture, it would turns into a strong water chart, I dropped it.
24/1 is the day of Jia Xu (甲戌) with Bing Yin (丙寅) as hour pillar. With the support of Yin hour, Wood DM is being strengthened. Yin gives birth to Bing (the Sun), serves to brighten up the entire chart.

Some may feel that the Earth is too strong. I do agreed. However, Xu (being the Dry Earth) is needed to control the strong water for the first 2 LP where the water is strong & cold.
This is the reality that we have to face when selecting the for Caesarian. We can't get good of both sides. To some extent, we may have to weigh & make compromises.
One last pointer :
Caesarian Session involves mother. Do not neglect the Bazi Chart of the Mother as well. The day & the hour may be auspicious for the baby, but may not be auspicious to the mother that is undergoing the operation.

I must admit that i quickly eliminated 24th due to the Xu EB. Next time, I must not be so impatient in elimination :)

I am very surprised with the date and hour selected.
If we use the 12 Day Officer & Dong Gong Method
a) 21/1/10 Xin Wei was a Destruction day, so not a good day. So ignore.
b) 22/1/10 Ren Shen was a Danger day, have negative energies that may affect the eldest male in the family. Safety comes in. So ignore.
c) 23/1/10 Gui You was a success day and have many auspicious stars and usable. Have second thoughts after plotting the chart as there are countering and combos between stems and branches with the Day Pillar. And the chart is so cold. So ignore.
d) 24/1/10 Jia Xu was a Receive day and usable. But the Dong Gong Method indicated DM will experience a good start but unfortunately end in poor finish. Moveover, Xu and Chou in bully punishment and Xu and Yin in half harmony combo. There are many obstacles in terms of spousal relationships, children, career, parents, boss etc.
And all it needs is Wei to trigger the bullying punishment. What is the point of having some much wealth and not able to enjoy them with family members! Clearly there is potential health related issues here.
e) 25/1/10 Yi Hai was a Open day and usable. Hour pillar only have Bing Zi and Bing Xu. With Zi too much water and with Xu in bully punishment with Chou. So ignore.
If we really look closely at all the above dates, none is a good date for such purpose. Relationships were compromised.
BTW, dateline was by Friday ie midnight of Friday loh!
Anyway, thank you for giving us the opportunity to analyse such a challenging question (well look simple at first but very tedious and mind bogging pouring over books after books).

BTW, I personally do not encourge using the Theory of 12 Day Officer (十二建除日) & Dong Gong Method (董公) for such purpose.
One of the reasons being that it only consider the auspiciousness of particular day. There is no description on the LP at all.

Would you like to share a little more on Mother - Child bazi - Caesarian Session relationship.
Are we looking at the DM/Day pillar's interaction with the Month pillar (parent palace)?
or is it looking for 正印 in the Child bazi? To see whether is the 正印 element under threat or being affected.

Put it simply, if the mother is a weak fire chart that required wood & fire. I would consider to choose a day that have sufficient wood or fire to support the mother that is undergoing the operation :)
