Literal Translation & Interpretation:-
Number 3 筋疼骨痛、盖因木被金伤。
Wood represents tendon & muscle.
A tendon (or sinew) is a tough band of fibrous connective tissue that usually connects muscle to bone[1] and is capable of withstanding tension. Tendons are similar to ligaments and fascia as they are all made of collagen except that ligaments join one bone to another bone, and fascia connect muscles to other muscles. Tendons and muscles work together and can only exert a pulling force.
However, when the energy of weak wood is being attacked by the strong metal, it may give rise to various forms of tendinopathies or tendon injuries. These types of injuries generally result in inflammation and degeneration or weakening of the tendons, which may eventually lead to tendon rupture.

When you mentioned to enjoy the Economics of Wealth, i don't quite understand...do you mean
a) When the couple who meets the 1,2,3 criteria pointed out, they will be wealthy once they have children?
or
b) Their children will be there to takecare of them, provide them monetary support etc?

According to the above phrase, one is able to enjoy the economics wealth created by his/her offspring. The phrase, then, continues to list out the qualifying conditions:-
1. DM have to be strong ;
2. Secondary Wealth Deity is favorable to the DM ;
3. Secondary Wealth Deity is found at the Hour Pillar.

In my book, I use Unconventional Wealth. Yes, the sources of income mentioned in your posting referred to Unconventional Wealth.
