伏 （Fu） = Bend over,
吟 （Yin）= crying
More often than not, Fu Yin refers to something that is unwanted, undesirable & mishaps.

Theoretically, both the HS & EB must be identical.
But, presently, most of us define it quite loosely. As long as there is a repetition of either HS or EB, most of us tend to deem it as Fu Yin.
In actual fact, it is not theoretically correct.

Classical & modern text has the tendency to 'Generalise things' at hands.
They conveniently conclude, say, that the presence of FuYin is bad. But, how true is it? We still have to scrutinize the entire chart before making any sweeping statement.
As for the chart you have shared with us, Wood represents Anger. Given that the Metal controls Anger, the DM can get angry & irritated quite easily. Hence, even without the presence of Fu Yin the marital relationship can still be an unhappy one.
But the fact that they are 60+ year-old and still stay in relationship, we couldn't, therefore, conclude that the marital relationship is poor.
HENCE, do not be bothered by the presence (& its negative influences) of Fu Yin unnecessarily.
