Is there a chance for a Xin female DM to get marry when Bing comes in Luck Pillar? If Xin Bing transformed how do we read the chart? What if Xin Bing does not transform?

The appearances of Spouse Star during the Luck Cycle does not guarantee marriage. It merely indicate that there is better chance of meeting 'the other half'. It depends on 'personal choice'.
Chou earth is the Resource Star to Xin metal. Secondary Resource Deity (if unfav) can be viewed as lone - ranger, preferred to be alone than companion. Hence, encouragement from family and friend is important.
