It could be a Special Chart or a Conventional Wealth Chart type.
Personally, I would take it as Conventional Wealth Chart type.
The reason being that Si & Shen combined and (potentially) produces some level of water. The DM Yi Wood is further supported by the water hidden within the Chou.
