Below is the case that I have just read recently in one of seminars :-

She suffered from Stomach Cancer in the year of 2004. It was 'recovered' after the treatment. However, it was being relapsed in the year of 2010.
Please work backward & explain the reason (from the perspective of bazi) attributed to such as illness?

Born in Summer season, in hot afternoon (wei hr) the chart is hot and dry. Too many dry earth (wei, xu) with little water.
Earth represents the digestive system, stomach and spleen.
In year 2004 (Jia shen)and according to 12 natural stages of HS, Jia is "attacked" by birth month Wu). She has stomach challenges.
In year 2010 (Geng Yin), form combination of Yin Wu Xu, the fire is too strong, the fire will bring harm to the energy of metal, that causes the cancer relapse.

She suffered from Large Intestine Cancer & was discovered in the year of Monkey. I told her that her body already alerted her long before the year of Monkey.
She agreed and admitted that she was not feeling good in those years. But, due to work commitment that she didn't have to time & even refused (mentally) to consult doctor.
Though she was diagnosed with cancer, it was fortunately that she entered into the year of metal & water.
It was unfortunately that she was too busy during those so-called 'good years' that she participated actively in her work as well as social works.
This causes the even more severe attack physically. Her stomach & large intestine couldn't function at all that she can't even pass motion. She has to make use of medicine & 'device' to perform the such a function.
I cautioned her to take good care of her bone & kidney.
We have learned the term : 水到卯中伤. In the year of Mao, water (ie kidney) is definitely going to be injured.
She wanted to know (anxiously) the possibility of her survival after such a relapse.
I consoled her that there is presence of water in her chart, shouldn't be any issue of that from happening.
However... theoretically.... the chance is...
