2010, 3 pillars clashed - Rash and impulsive behaviour may cause accident injuring head. With strong Imposing Authority and Unconventional Wealth - high stressed and pressured lifestyle plus fond of woman and alcohol thus damaging liver / gall bladder or even stroke during metal and wood periods.
Fire to warm the chart – eg do charity work and relax with learning music since Bing is implicit talent and DM is jia. Water is arbitrary element – travel or move more during metal clash wood periods.
What I don’t understand is DM is very weak and Improper Authority very strong and unless this is a Follow the Authority structure which I doubt since there is ding, he should exhibit indecisiveness and inaction most of the time so how did he managed to become a senior manager in the company you audited??.

Metal is the weakest element in his chart but I am sure there must be many people who have weak metal in their chart but behave perfectly normal. What elements would have been affected to create the 3 peculiarities above ?
I like your analysis on his character such as rash & impulsive. Indeed, he is highly stressed and he is a perfectionist (one of the characteristics of Imposing Authority).
He has (severe) high blood pressure & headache problems. He couldn't sleep at night & have nightmare most of the times whenever he sleep.
Logically & theoretically, the clashes of Yin wood in the year of 2010 with the 3 Shen metal in the natal chart may cause accident & might lead to head injury. However, he is fined in the year of Tiger. I would attribute it to the presence of Ren Water in the Hour Pillar. Nevertheless, have reminded him to drive safely.
As for your comment on his indecisiveness due to the presence of strong Improper Authority Deity & weak DM, I would think otherwise.
Theoretically, indecisiveness may have below contributed factors :-
1. Weak DM ; 2. Overly Strong Proper Authority.
Imposing Authority is the one that is actions oriented. When it is favorable, the dare to make & take risky venture.
However, when it is too strong & become unfavorable, it becomes impulsive & even aggressive.
His luck cycle of Water plays an important role in mediating the 2 conflicting elements (wood & metal) within the natal chart.
Hence, though he is aggressive, but with BRAIN (water as favorabe, as thinking & planning)....

But, if I were to work backward, I would attribute it to the presence of Proper Authority Deity, Conventional Wealth Versus Explicit Talent.
Both group of deities are in total different characteristics.
Explicit Talent represents the emotional aspect of us. On the other hand, Proper Authority & Conventional Wealth Deities represents the 'rationale' aspect of the DM.
Perhaps is the 'Dual Personality' that makes him what he is today.
Thank you for your clarifications. I have always been curious about this arbitrary element. What if the branch in the year pillar is a Hai instead of Xu and going through a water LP, can we say that while water will mediate the 2 conflicting elements, the weak DM will also be overwhelm by water hence displaying the negative aspects of the resource deities?
