Hi Master Goh,
I can't help but noticed Wood and Metal clashing in YP and MP. Either she went abroad for study or her parents were divorced/apart. Also lack of water in the chart. Maybe she is single. She could be dealing with finance at work.
Wood is still clashing away in these two LPs. She could have wood related health problem.

A weak DM, Ding is conservative, meticulous, easily suspicious.She may have a unhappy childhood because the father is her unfavourable star. Parents relationship is no good, could be look after by her grandmother.
She is single (only one sub-energy water) She loves money (too many metal element).
Yin/shen, Mao/You(LP 48) and Yin-Shen-Si.(all clashes)she is always struggle within herself. As metal attacks wood (Mao = liver)which represent anger,she is emotionally upset easily. So I guess she may have chest/breast issue.

Let me try.
Ding fire, Jia wood, & Geng metal in heaven stem. She have great achivement in life.
Resource(wood) and wealth(metal) clash. Parent replationship is poor. Bad childhood as it involves year and month pillars.
Metal too strong attacking wood and weaken fire. You-Si, & You-Shen in branches, metal union easily form. The DM has wood and fire related illness.
She also have yin-shen-si punishment. Maybe encounter major accident and chronic illness in life. Just guessing.
48-57 mao clash with you. Liver problem
58-67 yin clash with shen. Gall bladder problem. Also, double yin-shen-si punishment form. Not sure how to interpret this.
Her favourable element is water whereas unfavourable elements are earth and metal.

First of all, my apology for replying late :(
Theoretically, I do agree with you all on her possible childhoon happenings & her marital status. However, as it was merely an Office Fengshui Audit, I didn't go indepth into her personal life.
In addition to what you all have mentioned (such as easily suspiciousness and anger), she is very ambitious in materials wealth (strong presence of metal).
She has severe heart problem. I taught her some simple steps in strengthening her Heart Meridian (心包经), her face turned black & couldn't breath.
Theoretically, this is caused by the overly strong wood that suffocates the fire. In addition to the suffocation, the presence of strong metal further weakening the Ding Fire. Remember what we just learned :- 火忌西方酉.
She needs Fire.
She needs to take up suitable regular exercise to strengthen her heart.
She needs more meditation to suppress her urge for material wealth.
She needs to let go of what is unnecessary....
Towards the end of our conversation, she mentioned that she still has S$1 million target to meet :(
Health equals Wealth
