乙木生居酉，莫逢金巳丑。
富贵坎离宫，贫穷申酉守。
In the event where Yi Wood DM born in the month of You Metal (酉), it would be disastrous to have Si Fire & Chou Earth be present simultaneously either in the natal chart or Luck Cycle. The author of this ancient text felt that Fire is needed to control the detrimental impact of metal to the Yi Wood.
Personally, to me, the Fire in such an event can only do more harm to the Yi Wood DM than help.
Water & Wood, instead are needed.

hi, i'm a female with Yi wood DM and Chou Earth branch. Born in a Ding Fire You month. Running the luck cycle of Yin metal Chou luck, i'm 40 and still single, so maybe this ancient text really explains it all?
like my chart has Yi wood DM, Chou earth, You metal and presently in Chou luck cycle ?
