Below are some of the negative aspects of Geng metal person when it is too strong :-
- Too image-conscious and stubborn.
- Rejects change once mind is set on something.
- Have a strong personal drive to perform but is careless and prone to overlook details.
- They are keen and decisive, but seem rash at times.

I re-read some of the elements you describe. I assume a xx DM having strong specific yy element will tend to be the description of the yy element you describe in this blog. Is that correct?

In most instances, it is correct :)
When it is moderately strong (ie balance), positive aspects appears.
When it is too weak, the influence of that particular element would be insignificant in influencing the DM. Hence, its characteristic is not obvious.
I also associate a Geng DM to a wheel meaning that if something upsets them they will not let it go. They keep bringing it up continuously...they don't forgive easily.

Hahaha... I supposed you have that encounterment with GEng DM :)
If the Geng is too strong, it is the correct conclusion.
