How about others, such as harms and combinations between EB, do they also cause instability (as strong as clashes) in the destiny? Thank you.

To be frank, I seldom place much emphasis on the impact of harms. It is, to me, not as critical as clashes. Hence, the harm does cause instibilty, but it is insignificant.
Combinations cause changes in the properties of the HS or EB involved. Depend on the resultant element, it does affect Dm. But, may not be instability if it is favorable as a result of such change in properties.
