Of course, there are people out there in the market that deliberately making use of such 'incomplete' comments for their self - interest.
Before concluding whether the husband is flictatious or a womanizer, we have to examine the 'favorability' of the Spouse Star.
If the Spouse Star is unfavorable, the chances is high.
If not, it could mean that the Spouse is good looking, expressive and is able to make use such good qualities in achieving his personal goals in the 'CORRECT MANNERS'.
Hence, NEVER EVER by misled by INCOMPLETE statement :)

Yes, the description from the chart may have value but the conclusion of actions the Owner will take (behavior) is very opinionated, even negative. Must an attractive, out-going, sexual, social person also be disloyal, untrustworthy and immoral?
Those are different qualities, I think, that perhaps appear in a chart.
In any case, does this person have no free will?

No, we cannot equate attractive & the likes with disloyalty .
However, due to his/her attractiveness, the 'chances' is higher than those that are less attractive.
In the event there is presence of Proper Authority Deity, he/she would exercise self-control.
The story would be different if the Talent Deity is strong.
