with so much child element fire i would expect her to have many kids.But there may be health trouble to her and them due to excess fire. If there was a lot of parent element she probably wouldnt have them

Hi Master Goh,
I think she will get a difficulty to have a baby.
Although she has 1 Talent star in hour stem but its under high pressure as a lot of Fire (Authority stars) in her chart.
As special strong chart, talent deity will also become unfavourable for her.

You are right :)
BUT, we can view it from the perspective of Yin & Yang. The chart is too yang.
Accordingly, "Solitary yang cannot exist" and "solitary yin cannot grow" (孤阴不生，独阳不长).
Hence, she has difficulty in conceiving.

The Soluction is simple :-
Restoration to its Equilibrim Point.
This is an extremely hot chart. Meaning the person is extremely impatient. She needs to learn how to SLOW down (Yin vs Yang, Fast vs Slow, Patience vs Impatience).
Also, could encourage her to join Yoga or meditation class to slow her down.
Do more regular physical exercise to exhaust excess energy (fire).
Avoid or reduce consumption of oily & fried food (fire element)
Sleep early (ie making use of night time [water] to cool her down physical).
Learn to take thing easy and not to act / behave impulsively.
The list can goes on & on.....
